Late & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Tribe Toronto for your event experience. Please read the following policy regarding late arrivals and cancellations.

Late Arrival Policy:

Participants are encouraged to arrive within the 30 minute reception period. Late arrivals beyond this time may result in missing critical parts of the event and disrupting someone's share.

Tribe Toronto reserves the right to deny entry to participants arriving significantly after the event has started. Please plan your travel and schedule accordingly to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Participant: Tickets will be eligible for a refund up until 7 days before Storytell Socials and 10 days for Dinner Dialogues. ​

Cancellation by Tribe Toronto: In the event that Tribe Toronto needs to cancel an event (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrolment), participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Rescheduling

Tribe Toronto reserves the right to reschedule events if necessary (e.g., due to weather conditions or venue availability).

Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to accommodate participants' schedules.
